IS A PRIVATE RIGHT FOR ME?
Privates are an amazing way to deepen your practice and work one on one with someone that can structure a class just for your body and needs.
It's an excellent way to learn modifications when dealing with an injured or post-op body.
It's a great way to get a yoga tune up if you've been in group classes for years.
It is also perfectly suited for those with schedules that don't fit group workouts.
I'm excited to work with you for whatever length of time you need...1, 5, or 100 sessions.
HOW CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE OR GROUP CLASS?

I love yoga because it's the only movement style I've ever found that grows and changes with you and your body over time. You ALWAYS leave a yoga class feel better mentally and physically. That's the magic of yoga!
