ABOUT ME
The best never ending journey...
My yoga journey began in the early 2000's. I was mentally run down from a non-stop life in NYC, injured after years of dancing and desperately needing something to help me feel full. Yoga helped me connect to myself and body in all the ways I really needed.
I received my first 200-hour certification in 2014 in LA, received my second in 2015, and as of 2023 I am now an E-RYT 500 hr instructor....a fancy way of saying I've done a lot of trainings and taught A LOT of classes.
I love teaching. I love sharing what I have learned. I love the anatomy of the body and am fascinated by the mechanisms that make us work.
Having two children via c-section altered the way I teach and practice and has forever changed the way I approach the body. My ever-growing need to get more done in less time than before (thank you little ones), has guided me to the specific techniques I use today to target the body fully and efficiently.
I truly believe we all have more inside than we think we do. Sometimes all you need is an outside perspective to help guide you on your path.
Yoga truly is for everybody AND every body!
